Tristan Hyest is an artisanal champagne producer based in the Champagne region of France. He is known for his philosophy of working only with high-quality grapes from small vineyards, and for his attention to detail at every stage of the winemaking process.
Tristan Hyest’s cellar is located in Trelou sur Marne, in the Marne valley. Hyest cultivates its vines organically and uses only traditional methods for the production of champagne, with great attention to the quality of the grapes and natural fermentation.
Tristan Hyest’s champagnes are known for their elegance and aromatic complexity. Hyest produces only a small amount of champagne each year which means that each bottle is the result of uncompromising attention to detail. Technical note Tristan Hyest uses the Solera method in almost all his Cuvées. The solera method involves mixing wines from different vintages and styles of maturation to create a uniform and consistent final product. In practice, this means that some of the older wine is mixed with some of the younger wine, and so on, creating an escalation of stacked barrels, hence the name “solera”.

Rates: packing and shipping
The packaging cost applied to each order regardless of the number of bottles, weight and destination is €3.00 (VAT included).
The shipping cost is calculated by the system according to the destination of the goods and the number of bottles shipped.
For deliveries outside the EU. Any customs duties are charged to the recipient and are calculated and paid to the courier upon delivery. EX. For UK destinations around £2 per bottle.

Free home delivery is provided for the areas surrounding Senigallia where the zip code is 60019 and if the order value is at least €100.
