Blanquette de Limoux Paul G. Valentin N° 97 – Brut is made following the Traditional Method, which involves a second fermentation in the bottle to obtain fine and persistent bubbles. After this phase, the wine undergoes patient ageing for 18-24 months, allowing its flavours to evolve and enrich.
Each grape is lovingly harvested by hand to ensure the highest quality and integrity of the fruit, thus preserving the authenticity and essence of the terroir.
Blanquette de Limoux Paul G. Valentin N° 97 – Brut has a luminous straw yellow colour with golden highlights. On the nose, it releases floral fragrances and notes of fresh fruit, with a pleasant hint of citrus fruits. Free home delivery is provided for the areas surrounding Senigallia where the zip code is 60019 and if the order value is at least €100.
