The story of the house begins in the middle of the Second World War. André Delorme, wounded in action, left the front and returned to Rully in Burgundy. On his return in 1942, André Delorme founded his own house. His still and effervescent wines quickly established themselves on the big restaurant tables. The house grew with the arrival of his son who succeeded him a few years later. New vineyard plantations strengthened the estate and attracted a wide range of appellations, among the most renowned in the Côte Chalonnaise. Over the years, the reputation of the House’s wines spread beyond French borders. In 2005, the Maison entered a new turning point. Eric Piffaut, director of the family business Veuve Ambal, also from Rully, takes over the reins of the Maison André Delorme. New technical and human resources contribute to the evolution of the house. A modern wine cellar takes place in the cellars of Rully. Vinification and ageing are now entrusted to Mathieu Joblot, assisted by Nadine Gublin, a renowned and talented French oenologist. André Delorme collaborates with Domaine de la Vigne Roy and Domaine Les Vignes de l’Ange, allowing perfect quality control of his supplies. A rigorous selection of grapes, made by partner winegrowers, completes the Domaines’ appellations.

For deliveries outside the EU. Any customs duties are charged to the recipient and are calculated and paid to the courier upon delivery. EX. For UK destinations around £2 per bottle.
