Domaine Ami’s Bourgogne Rouge ‘Albin’ is an elegant, subtle red, initially shy but, as one gets to know it, of great spirit. Domaine Ami is the project of Paul and Willy, two friends who wanted to seal their friendship through wine. On the palate, this ‘Albin’ is characterised by fruity aromas of cherries and spices, with pleasant hints of undergrowth. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, with a light but very intense bite, not immediate, but with great finesse. Try it with fatty meats or game.

AMI is an adventure: the ambition to create a seductive, lively, warm and meaningful wine... nourished by simple generosity.
They worked together on the same estate for two years. One left to learn how to make Mediterranean wines and the other stayed in Burgundy. Their domaine was born out of a desire to keep their friendship alive.
Willy is the oenologist. After his career at Domaine De Montille, he took care of the wines of the Clos du Moulin aux Moines in Auxey-Durresses. With all this experience behind him, he has an in-depth knowledge of the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. For him, the AMI is an opportunity to burst a bubble.
Paul is the gentleman farmer. Trained in the art of wine tasting in London and Paris, he is the link between city and country. His passion for wines with character has led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler and Dominique Hauvette.

The packaging cost applied to each order regardless of the number of bottles, weight and destination is €3.00 (VAT included).
The shipping cost is calculated by the system according to the destination of the goods and the number of bottles shipped.
For deliveries outside the EU. Any customs duties are charged to the recipient and are calculated and paid to the courier upon delivery. EX. For UK destinations around £2 per bottle.
