A² is the story of a profession, of a know-how, of a passion. If the word farmer designates ‘the people of the country’ and the vine-dresser ‘the people of the land’, then we can define Sanchez without doubt as a farmer-vigneron.
The story stems from the union and alchemy between Caroline and Hervé, both linked by a family tradition as winegrowers and united in life and in the profound ambition to create Champagnes as authentic and expressive as the splendid terroir from which they come. “It is the story of the ballads at the heart of our terroirs, from the ‘Sablons’ of Rilly-la-montagne to the ‘Lodges’ of Bassuet, the ‘Huches-Perdrix’ of Festigny to the ‘Chétivins’ of Vertus. Love and passion for the vineyard to be carried on by their children Arthur and Agathe.
