Eric Morgat
Born into a family that had been cultivating the terroirs of Anjou for more than two centuries, he opened his winery in 1995 in the heart of the Savennières appellation. It allowed him to reconcile his thirst for adventure and novelty with his attachment to his roots in the land and in Anjou.
The vineyard was created entirely by purchasing uncultivated or abandoned land. In this way, he selected the best terroirs, perhaps difficult to work, but all very promising. Today, he cultivates 6 hectares entirely planted with Chenin.
