Larmandier-Bernier
Discover the hidden prestige of the Côte des Blancs with Larmandier-Bernier Champagne. With roots going back to the time of the French Revolution, the Larmandier family has helped forge the reputation of Champagne. Their cuvée Cramant Blanc de Blancs Nature is an established benchmark in the region.
Since 1936, Larmandier-Bernier champagne has shone on the most exclusive tables in Paris. Philippe Larmandier and his wife Elisabeth Bernier have kept the family prestige alive with the Larmandier-Bernier brand. In 1988, their son Pierre took the reins, committing himself to biodynamic agriculture that respects the earth and life.
The Larmandier-Bernier philosophy is based on respect for nature: no to herbicides and GMOs, yes to biodiversity and biodynamics. Pierre Larmandier cultivates his vineyard with passion, firmly believing in the power of the natural balance of plants.
Larmandier-Bernier’s vineyards, located in the Côte des Blancs, face east and south-east on chalky soils that give the Chardonnay, 85% predominant, a unique mineral and saline character. The production is characterised by a non-invasive approach, with spontaneous fermentation and gentle ageing.
Monovarietal cuvées such as Terre de Vertus and Les Chemins d’Avize represent the authenticity and purity of the terroir. After the second fermentation, the wines are released manually and are dosed very sparingly, favouring the ripeness of the grapes.
The result? Fresh, fruity Champagnes with an irresistible mineral and saline finish. Discover the harmony and authenticity of Larmandier-Bernier, a unique experience in the world of champagnes.
