Le Mesnil

The Mesnil-Sur-Oger vineyard is a terroir of excellence, classified as 100% Grand Cru. It is located in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs, which takes its name from its main grape variety, the Chardonnay. The white wine produced from this grape, with its white pulp and skin, has earned the appellation ‘Blanc de Blancs’.

The quality of the terroir is located on an east-facing slope. With its fine soil, pure chalk subsoil and excellent water qualities, the Chardonnay can express all its finesse and personality.
All stages of vinification are carried out with scrupulous respect for fermentation temperatures.

Modern facilities, while perpetuating our ancestral know-how, allow us to control the regularity of the cuvées more closely. The wines are then left to rest in the cellar for a minimum of 3 years, allowing the aromas to develop over time until they reach full maturity.

These sumptuous blends give each Le Mesnil cuvée a unique character and inimitable taste. We are delighted to share these cuvées with you, offering a rich and varied range to enhance life’s finest moments…

The terroir, associated with the Chardonnay grape variety, produces wines of unparalleled freshness and finesse.

With ageing, these qualities allow the vintages to blossom even more intensely. The aromas become more complex, with notes of grilled almonds, followed by chocolate, mocha and undergrowth.

The vinothèque is a haven for these unfashionable wines, the oldest of which were harvested in 1969. Connoisseurs all over the world are enthusiastic about these exceptional wines.
