Paul Dangin
Paul Dangin & Fils is a family business with a great tradition, based in Celles-sur-Ource, a village with character in the heart of the Côte des Bar. In 1947, Paul Dangin decided to continue the quality work begun in the 19th century by his father Joseph. He created the Paul Dangin & Fils brand and, above all, produced a refined champagne based on the search for a balance between intensity and finesse.
Since then, successive generations have passed on their love of the vine. Perfectly exposed on exceptional mineral soil, our vineyard covers around 50 hectares. This vast terroir is home to our Champagne grape varieties, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, a rare Champagne variety. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand, allowing us to select the finest bunches of grapes for our champagnes.
We take great care of our land, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, by practising sustainable viticulture that respects the environment through Terra Vitis certification. And it is with the same spirit of perfection that we blend our wines, combining several grape varieties, crus or reserve wines to create and perpetuate the Paul Dangin & Fils style.
From the vine to the press, from the cellar to the tasting room, our 11 employees, all passionate about champagne wine, share their professionalism and dynamism to produce and market the Paul Dangin & Fils range every year.
