Perret
Messrs Perret and Jacquin founded the winery in Billième in order to distribute wine in the Savoy countryside and in the areas of Chambéry and Aix. At the time, the business was conducted in barrels, as there were no bottles.
After the death of Mr Perret in 1934 and the departure of Mr Jacquin for Algeria, Germaine Perret took over the wine business alone, in an attempt to keep it alive.
Her son Guy took over to perpetuate the family tradition and know-how of the company.
Lucienne Perret selects new wines to diversify and offer professionals a wider selection.
After studying oenology in Beaune, Nicolas Perret, 25, Guy’s son, takes over the management of the company with his wife, sharing with her the knowledge acquired since 1927 and a new vision of Savoy wines.
