Solemme

Champagne Solemme is located in Villers-Aux-Noeuds, between Reims and Epernay, in the heart of the Reims West Premier Cru mountain range.
From a family estate taken over in 2006, Olivier Langlais decided to give Solemme a new impetus in 2009 by creating his own brand and, at the same time, converting the vineyards to organic viticulture.
Since 2018, all vineyards are certified as organic and biodynamic methods are applied in the estate and in the production of the wines.
Olivier Langlais is sensitive to the natural world and constantly seeks to improve his cultivation techniques to bring the soil to life and encourage the vines to work in harmony with their natural environment.
